As the lower carbohydrate plan is based on 50 grams of carbs per day and integrating many of the useful nutrients listed in The Chapter Six acceleration plan to assist in the reversal and dramatic improvement of diabetes; it’s important to keep things interesting. There’s no need to ever deprive yourself of, or miss out on the things you like… we just need to be creative, and I’m thinking we can all really help each other with this by sharing ideas.

As you’ll know from the book, I’ve had a lot of successful experience in this area, and if I can do it so can you! So here are some of my personal creations so you can see some of the dishes I’ve mentioned on the list in Chapter Six.
